Size & Fit Guide
Almost every style here is unisex — the women’s and men’s columns below describe the same shoe, just stamped with two size numbers. The numbers we publish are insole lengths, not foot lengths: your foot should measure about 1–1.5 cm shorter than the insole figure you order.
Unisex scale — read down the men’s column, then across to the women’s equivalent US · UK · EU · cm · in
Swipe the table sideways to see every column.
Fit tip: The Insole Length column is the inside measurement of the shoe, not your foot. Measure your foot heel-to-longest-toe, add roughly 1–1.5 cm, and pick the insole number closest to that total — that is the space you need past your longest toe. The quickest shortcut of all: pull the insole out of a pair that already fits you well, measure it, and order the nearest size.
The women’s column on its own, so you can read straight across without converting US · UK · EU · cm · in
Fit tip: If you normally take a women’s size and prefer a straighter, roomier fit through the middle of the foot, the unisex styles are the ones to choose — read your number straight off the US Women’s column above. If a heel that holds you more closely matters more than midfoot volume, go with the women’s-specific cut, where your usual women’s size is the right starting point. Either way, size by the insole length, not by the label.
Sold in four unisex sizes, each covering a range of shoe sizes US sizes
Fit tip: Size socks to your shoe size, not to your foot measurement — one sock size covers a span of shoe sizes, and the knit stretches across it. If you sit right on the boundary between two sizes and prefer a snug, low-bulk feel, take the smaller one; if you like a little room, take the larger. Sock thickness also changes how a shoe fits: a thin toe sock takes up less volume inside the shoe than a cushioned wool sock, so if you are ordering both at once, order socks first and let them decide any borderline shoe size.
Nine sizes, each covering a band of men’s and women’s shoe sizes · every insole can be trimmed to fit US sizes
Fit tip: A replacement insole is the simplest way to tune the fit of a shoe you already own: a thicker insole reduces width and volume, a thinner one or no insole at all adds width and volume. Sizes are shared across men’s and women’s, so read the pair of numbers that matches how you shop. If you land between two insole sizes or your shoe has an unusually shaped footbed, buy the larger one and trim it down — every insole can be cut to shape with ordinary scissors.
Sized by the width of your foot and toes — shoe size is only a starting estimate US · EU
Fit tip: This is the one size on the page that is not driven by shoe size. Fit is decided by how wide your foot and toes are and how much your toes already splay — the shoe-size ranges are only a rough estimate. The test is simple: the spacer must not pinch your toes (too small) and must not bunch up between them (too large). Most women and many men land on Medium. If you are between sizes, start smaller and move up as your toes spread. Wear them with the shoe’s insole removed to create the space they need, and build up wear time gradually.
Sizes and insole lengths above follow the manufacturer’s published charts and are shown in centimetres and inches as stated in each column. Insole length is an internal measurement and will differ from the length of the outsole and from your foot length. Measurements can shift slightly between styles, materials and production runs, and a product page that publishes its own figures takes priority over this guide. Sock and accessory size bands are the manufacturer’s published ranges. If you are still unsure, contact customer support before ordering — getting the size right first time beats a return.
